Why We’re Doing This

Many young people in Newham are currently battling intense pressures—especially around GCSEs, future uncertainty, and mental health. The stress can feel overwhelming. At Newham Panthers FC, we understand that football is not just a game—it’s a lifeline.

Football gives young people:
